Freight Shipping Options Explained:

Business/Residential: If you choose business, you must include the company name on the order. A home business is still considered a residential delivery.

East Coast Shipping: You must choose this option if shipping to the following states:
CT, DE, DC, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT

NY City Delivery Charge: You must also choose this option if your zip code starts with: 100-104, 110-119, 150-196

Lift Gate Service: If you would like the freight company to bring a hydraulic lift to lower the crate to the ground.
Note: 2 adults can lift the crate off the truck with no lift gate.

Assembly Option Explained:
If you choose the assembly option, your product will be assembled and tested by our professional installers and strapped to a wood pallet and arrive Ready-To-Ride. Please allow an additional 1 to 5 days for the item to ship.

If you choose no assembly, the product will ship in the factory sealed box and will require assembly. Most items are 70% to 90% assembled in the box.

Lift Gate Service Explained:
If you choose the lift gate option, the shipping company will arrive with a hydraulic lift on the back of their semi-trailer to lower your box/pallet to the ground. In most cases, 2 people can lift the box off the back of the truck.
