Fully street legal and no license required in most states. EPA + DOT + CARB approved for registration in ALL states including California. To help make this scooter even easier to ride, it comes with a fully automatic GY6 Motor which gives it a smooth ride, and gives you a great feel for scooter cruises. Many aftermarket parts are also interchangeable with the GY6 engine and can be found at a local auto store, or amazon.
The PMZ50-22 also comes with a 1-Year engine/Transmission Warranty + 6-Months Parts Replacements warranty.
