We have had a number of customers walk in and talk about buying products on the side of the road or from websites selling so cheap. The next thing out of their mouth is "I've been told not to buy Chinese because you can't get parts." There is a truth in that statement, but only because of where you buy from. Notice PeP Boys no longer sells atvs and dirt bikes? Why? Product support and parts didn't exist... They told you to call a phone number for parts or service.
