Throttle Limited... Perfect for the new rider or the dare devil. The
limiter is a small
screw that you tighten down that prevents the thumb throttle from reaching
a certain
point....What does that mean to you? You can limit this unit down to
5 MPH which is
not much faster than a POWER WHEEL.
