FREE SHIPPING POLICY:

The price includes freight to a local freight hub nearest to the customer.  We use 10 different carriers and we cannot give an exact pick up location without doing an actual freight quote.
Most freight hubs are within 10-30 miles, although we cannot guarantee the distance the customer may have to travel to pick the unit up.  The savings in picking up from the freight hub saves the customer a residential delivery fee and a lift gate fee. 
 
WHAT IS A FREIGHT HUB?
A freight hub is the terminal in which a carrier houses its trucks and distributes cargo from.
 
Carriers we use: R&L, Custom Companies, Roadrunner, Overnite, Old Dominion,
 USF, Vision, Conway, Roadway and Saia.

We cannot guarantee which carrier we will use, as we look for the lowest pricing and the best time frame. Rural area's will be limited on pick up locations.

We offer residential delivery for an added fee which covers the cost of the Residential Delivery costs and the Lift Gate Fees.  Once your item has shipped we cannot remove or add residential delivery.

WILL THE FREIGHT COMPANY CALL ME WHEN IT IS READY?
No, the freight company will not call to let you know that the freight is ready.  We can offer
that feature but you will charged a notification charge of $29.00, the same rate they charge us. 
When your freight ships we will provide you tracking information via email so you can follow your freight and see when it arrives at the hub.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY FREIGHT?
You will need your tracking information and you license.  The freight company will load your item into your truck or trailer.  We recommend having a truck or trailer to pick the unit up in.
