How long does it take to
receive my product? |

It takes approximately 7-12
business days for your product to arrive once you have paid. That is
for normal delivery time, it could take longer or less depending on the
quantity available. |

included in the price to a local freight terminal in your area.

How much assembly is
required? |
| A. |
Our ATV'S, Dirt Bikes, Go Cart's
and Scooters require assembly. Each unit is shipped in a fully
enclosed metal crate to protect the unit from shipping damage. You
must remove the crate and normal assembly would be the wheels, the handle
bars, hooking up the battery and some other minor assembly. The bigger
the unit, the more assembly. We recommend that if you are not
mechanically inclined to pay a professional to assemble your unit.
We recommend that if you do assembly that you loc-tite each an every bolt
that you assemble to prevent the part from vibrating loose while riding.
Do a full inspection of the unit prior to riding to make sure that you have
tightened each and every bolt. |

for your specific model, but most come with a 6 month parts guarantee.
Pocket bikes, electric scooters have a 90 day warranty parts only.
Warranties are for parts only, labor is not included. We recommend
that you find a local repair shop to do the labor
Shoe Skates are not warrantied and all sales are final on those. |

Yes, we stock replacement parts
and these units are designed with universal parts that are
compatible with most major brands such

Yes, please call and make an
appointment and verify that we do have the item in stock for you to pick up. If it's not in stock we
ship directly from our other warehouses and the shipping fee cannot be avoided. |

certificate of origin, It is your responsibility to contact your DMV for your State's rules on

These are shipped by freight carrier to your business or residence.
Residential deliveries are extra and will require an appointment prior to making
the delivery. The freight company will call and setup an appointment prior to
delivery to ensure you will be home at the time of delivery.
